Your travel profile
Keep your seat and meal preferences, passport and trusted-traveler numbers, and loyalty programs in one private place for whoever books.

Your travel profile holds what someone booking for you needs to know. Open the menu under your name (top right) and click Travel profile.
What's on it
| Part | What goes there |

| Preferences | Seat, cabin, bed and meal preferences, your home airport, and any dietary or mobility notes. |
| Trusted traveler & passport | Known traveler number, redress number, and your passport's country, number and expiry. |
| Rewards programs | Your airline, hotel, rail, car-hire and credit-card loyalty programs, with your member number, tier and expiry. |
Click Save profile to keep changes; the rewards programs save with it.
Who can see it
Only you and the site's staff. The people you travel with see your name on a trip, never these details.
Adding a rewards program
- Under Rewards programs, in the empty row, pick the program under From the catalogue (for example Delta Air Lines SkyMiles). The name and kind fill in for you. If it isn't in the catalogue, leave that empty and type the program's name instead.
- Add your Member number, and if you like your Tier and its Expires date.
- Click Save profile.
To remove one, tick Remove this one when I save on its row and save. Browsing the program catalogue (Rewards → a program → Add to my travel profile) opens this page with that program picked.
Problems
| Problem | What to do |

| "Pick a program from the catalogue or type its name" | A row has a member number but no program. Pick or type one. |
| "This traveler already has that program" | You already have a row for it; change that row instead. |
