Your trip in your calendar

Subscribe to a trip from Google, Apple or Outlook calendar so its flights, trains, stays, activities and booked meals show up on your phone and stay up to date.

Updated October 18, 2026

Any trip you can open can go into your own calendar app. You subscribe once, and your calendar picks up changes to the trip by itself, every few hours.

  1. On the trip page, click ⋯ next to Download PDF.
  2. Click Add to calendar.
  3. Tick Only the things I'm on if you want just your own plans (see what's in it), then click Copy link.

Calendar How
Google Calendar On a computer, next to Other calendars click + → From URL, paste the link, click Add calendar. It shows on your phone too.
iPhone or iPad On the Add to calendar page, tap Open in Calendar. Or Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar, and paste the link.
Mac In Calendar, File → New Calendar Subscription, paste the link.
Outlook Add calendar → Subscribe from web, paste the link.

Google can take up to a day to show a change; Apple and Outlook are usually quicker. Use the trip page when you need the very latest.

What's in it

On the trip In your calendar
A flight or train with times At its real times, wherever you are (a 7:00 departure from New York shows as 13:00 if your phone is set to Berlin time).
A journey with no times yet An all-day event on its day, marked (planned).
An activity with a start time At that time on the day, local to wherever your phone is; an hour long unless it has an end time.
An activity without a time An all-day event on its day.
A meal with a reservation time An hour at that time. Food ideas without a time are left out.
A stay One event from check-in to check-out.

Each event has the operator or provider, the confirmation numbers, and a link to the item on the trip page.

Only the things I'm on leaves out activities with a list of people that doesn't include you, and anything on a day the group splits up when you're not on that day. Stays always show. If your account isn't linked to anyone on the trip's roster, you get everything.

Keep it private

The link is yours alone, and it works without logging in, because calendar apps can't log in. Anyone who has it sees the trip's journeys, stays and confirmation numbers. Don't share it. To let someone see the trip, invite them instead.

If the link got out, click Reset link on the Add to calendar page. The old link stops working at once; subscribe again with the new one. If you lose access to the trip, your link stops working too.

Problems

Problem What to do
A change on the trip isn't in my calendar yet Calendar apps check every few hours; Google can take up to a day.
My calendar stopped updating, or shows an error The link was reset, or you no longer have access to the trip. Get the link again from Add to calendar.
Events are an hour off Your phone's time zone is set to somewhere else. Flights and trains always show at their real times; activities and meals show at the local time on the day.
Something is missing It may have no date yet, or Only the things I'm on may be leaving it out.
